Lila jumped tank!!!
 Sometime in the last hour of me cleaning in the fish room and to 15 minutes ago Miss Lila Belle jumped out of the tank, on the floor got covered in cat hair, was still breathing when I found her, put her back in the tank and she died 5 minutes ago. Just got peas for a snack this after noon and I was cleaning the left overs..she must have gotten out during then.
I guess this had to happen since I have yet to lose a betta due to hopping out of the tank. Crap!! RIP Lila.  |

Man Allie! You're not having the best luck. Sorry you lost her. I had a swordtail that jumped out once. I put her back in the tank and it looked like she was recovering, but then she died the next day.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I have trouble keeping betta!!  Either it's one thing or another over the past 2.5 yrs. Well at least they die in a home and not in a cup. 
I hope the 3 I have now have much better luck with. |
