My boy Sky died this morning!!! I don't know why. I saw him first thing and he was still alive and swimming. He is on my bedside table so i rest my hand on the glass and he sleeps next to it. I fell back to sleep because i'm working a night shift today, when i woke he had died !!! I'm soooooo sad!!! I really loved that little guy!!!!! RIP My little Skyzzle!!!!

As Michelle has just told you we lost Sky this morning suddenly and without any reason that we know of (my little grandbetta). I have told Michelle that we must be grateful that he went quickly and we did not have to see him linger or suffer. It is a pity they all cannot go that way, although it is a shock at least we do not have to watch them suffer. I know you will all support Michelle in her hour of sorrow. Love to you all. Jacquitaz.

He has swam over the rainbow bridge to the big betta tank in the sky...where all betta can live together in peace and harmony. Where there is no sickness and all the best treats to eat...where he can look down on you and say..."look Mom I'm fine now. I love you so it is time to remember me fondly and when you are up to it ...go help another like me."

Poor Sky. I'm glad that he didn't languish with illness for days before his passing, but it's still so very sad when they are lost. My deepest sympathies and best wishes to you.

Michelle, I'm so sorry to hear about you losing Sky. It's really difficult to deal with when it is so unexpected. You just need to console yourself in knowing that Sky didn't suffer.

I am so very sorry to hear about Sky. How sad for you... You know, there is not much we can do for them when they pass so quickly and as was mentioned above, its most likely the best way to go. Poor lil guy... at least he didnt have to suffer.

Guys you are so fab!!! Thank you for your support!!! Sky was my little buddy, seems daft but i felt i had an extra bond with him. He knew i loved him very much but i will miss him dearly!!! Thanks again guys!!!!
