Lonely Angel

I recently bought an azoo palm filter for Jake's 2 gallon tank. I've noticed, though, that the filter vibrates quite a bit. My other filters (all aqua techs) are very quiet and don't vibrate at all, but if I put my fingers in the water or against the glass of Jake's tank I feel vibrations. It seems like this would be uncomfortable for poor Jakey. Does anyone else have the azoo palm and does it do this for you? I'm wondering if perhaps I got a defective one?

We have a bunch of those and never had any vibrate like that. Is it also being noisy? Check to be sure the intake tube is on right, but it sounds like it's possible that unit is defective.
