MTS strikes again!

I saved a very pretty Crowntail from Petco today! He's gorgeous. (but don't we all think our fish are the best looking ones out there?)

He's got his own 5 gallon to swim around in and be happy. I'm always sad that they're in those nasty little cups, so I'm glad I could get him such a nice setup.

Anyways, I just thought I'd share my excitement!

Alright, here are the pictures!

He was being shy the first day, so I couldn't get any good pics. (Didn't want to push him either...) These are from today. He was investigating my camera.

I named him Prince. Well, my mother named him Prince. His full name is "the betta formerly known as Prince." At least my mom has a good sense of humor.

He's actually a lot more vibrant than my camera shows. Well, his red is more vibrant, anyways. I'm going to have to convince my boyfriend to let me borrow his DSLR if I ever want really good photos...

I think the main reason I picked him is because I hadn't seen one with such striking pastel colors all together before. (At least, not at the Petco that I go to for supplies.)
