Well I have the happy couple in the breeding tank. Mr. Pink has already started his nest and Bella is already showing verticle bars. Lets hope all goes well tomorrow.

Yeah she looks a little smaller than him. She was showing bars before I even put her in the tank. Mr. Blonde(lav boy) built a nest in his tank. I think he will be the next to spawn if all goes well with this one.

I was lucky enough to get some wonderful pictures of the mating process with my bettas. I'll have to rifle through my computer files and see if I can find them.

but they should have a bare bottom tank to breed in.unless this is where you get them use to eachother?

I released Bella this morning. All seems to be going well. He is a nest building fool but she doesn't seem happy with it yet.

Well I don't think I'm gping to get these two to breed. I think I will clean the tank up and set it back up for my lav pair and see if that works.

Female is back in here tank and lights will stay on. I did use almond leaf but just one. I guess the easy part is over. Now I have to keep them alive.
