Oh!!!
I THINK I FOUND THEM!!!!

I was taking a "study break" (hehehe) at canadian tire and I came across these plastic square containers. It was 1.99 for a 6 pack of them (next size up is 2.99 but that might have been apeice).
They're clear, come with a lid and are: 6.25" L x 8" D x 3.88" H they hold a volume of 2.1L (2.2 quarts)

What do you guys think is that large enough?

Are you meaning these for breeder box's or for individual containers?

grow out containers... it's the height of them that has me concerned though...
I'd like to keep the breeders in something close to 1 gallon just because they'll have more finnage.

Grow out as in one in each one. I don't think you'll need them that big.

The ones I saw in the store didn't look as big as these ones... I'll go and check them out again tomorrow. The more I think about the more the sizes don't seem to match up....
