new to fry but happy

just had my first fry, wasnt planed as the pair have been in the tank(5 gal ) for about 2 months now with nothing going on, i was about to remove the male and seperate them then i spotted a liitle fry swimming

how often do i feed with liquid fry food i have?
how long before i seperate them in to single tanks?

Newborn fry need microworms to survive.....They are about the only food tiny enough for their little mouths..You can order a starter culture on aquabid...The Mother should be removed asap if she hasn't already been taken out.....The Father can stay in until the fry are swimming horizontal...

It's best not to disturb the babies until they are at least 1 month old as far as moving them...I'm assuming you have no rocks in the bottom of the tank....If you do this will make it hard for the youngens to eat...Also make sure you do NOT have a filter running.....You can add a sponge filter at week 2......
