Today I learned that if I breed my two red dragons where they both have the double tail in their genes and the humpy dorsal.
That the humpy dorsal on the babies could be worse and cause genetic issues. I am not a fan of the double tail hump anyways so it'd be cool if I could get some fry without it.

I was wondering about that...and glad someone on a
betta site pointed that out. I would be so upset if my betta fry came out deformed. I bet it's why some of the females in my pair batch had no or one ventral fins.
So I have decided to look for some other HMs to breed with my dragons.
So now I am on a search for more betta to work with.
