As some of you may know, the International betta Congress is doing a show in Jacksonville, FL on May 19th and 20th. I plan on going - does anyone know what that might be like?

Well, I live in Savannah, GA, so it's like a 2 hour drive. I'm an impoverished music student, too, with an awful car, so yes - I am taking extreme pains and possibly throwing myself into financial hardship*, haha - no regrets!

(especially after any purchases that might be made)

Thanks for the heads up fishface! i'm going to email them and see what the plan is if you just want to attend, but not show any bettas. I think we could enter Angel - she's a beauty of a white DR, but i'd rather not subject her to the stress of the trip, etc.

i hope we'll be able to go.. fortunately a wedding that i'm doing is the following week, so now i just have to reschedule a job on the 19th and we can go up that saturday.
