You can soak it in 19 parts water to 1 part bleach. Rinse everything really well until you can't smell bleach. Then let it soak for a while in water OD'd with dechlorinator.
I'm not real sure you can do that with gravel, you might want to just replace that.
I'm also not sure about the filter media. Does it have a coarse sponge and a cartride? I would replace the cartridge, not sure about the coarse sponge.

I'd do the same thing. I'd replace the sponge since it's porous and inexpensive. Therefore, it's possible some of the fungus could hide in it even more than on a hard, disinfected surface.
Were the ghost shrimp in the tank with Pele, or are you worried about cross-contamination due to using the same equipment? Either way, I'd definitely quarantine the shrimp at least three weeks to a month after adding a new fish to your disinfected tank before introducing the shrimp, if that's what you intend to do. I don't know if the shrimp could contract the exact kind of fungus Pele had, but I certainly think they could carry it.
I'm so sorry you lost Pele, and that must have been an awful and heartbreaking sight to see.
