Just a quick post to let you all know I'm still alive and well....I haven't been able to spend much time on the computer because of my broken leg....It is just too uncomfortable to sit in the wheel chair and type.....

My leg is on the mend...The pain is going away a little each day.....I go back to the DR. on the 3rd and I'm praying for a good report from the DR.

All the betta kids are doing great....The babies are doing fantastic....They are growing like weeds and are coloring up very nicely...The newest spawn fostered by "Dunn" survived....There are not too many but I think I counted 10...I'm trying my best to keep the little wigglers alive...They should be gorgeous adults...

My youngest daughter came out last week to help me....Steve bought me some shelving to orgonize my breeding equipment....Here is how it turned out...The 20 gallon has all of the older babies in it now...It is much easier at feeding time to feed one tank instead of 4....

Here's my new set up..My duaghter did it all by herself! She is a Betta fanatic just like Mom..

its so nice to hear from you and Im glad that you are on the mend. That broken leg must be awful... Ive never broke a bone (knock on wood) so I have no idea of how bad it must be, but have had friends that did, that I cared for and know what they went through. I really wish you the best.
Your new shelving looks so neat and tidy! The tanks look great and your little one in the bottom photo is so adorable!

Okay, now you've gone and done it lol. I was wondering how to find more room for another betta tank or two, and now I know. My poor partner won't be happy when I tell him I found a way for more tanks LOL!

Glad to hear you're feeling better. I managed to break my finger a few years back and so I know how it goes with the pain. Here's to a smooth recovery!

Hi Karen....everytime I get back on the forum there are surprises. A broken leg? Darn, that has to be a real pain with all your betta activity!
