From Chlorine to Chloramines

My city water district is going to switch from chlorine to chloramines next year. I have always used Prime as a water conditioner for my fish tanks. Will I need to do something different? Do I have something to be concerned about? Thanks.

Most dechlorinators take care of chlorine and chloramine, so you should be just fine.

Prime takes care of both.
You should see no differences.

About the only time that things like this would make a difference are for people who "age" their water. Back when most cities used chlorine, you could remove the chlorine by letting the water sit out for some amount of time because chlorine will evaporate before the water it's in does.
Chloramine, however, doesn't evaporate out of water like that, so you have to use a dechlorinator. Most, if not all, dechlors should work for chloramine, and Prime is among the best, so you'll be fine.
