Full belly

This is what Rubin looked like the other day after a meal of blood worms. I had given him 3 but one worm was really long. He swam around with it in his mouth for a long time. Too full but he had to have it. lol
PS his belly is not bloated anymore.

Haha, my Winter looked just like that last night. He ate food intended for the cories. But I learned my lesson there. Don't try to feed the cories during the day! lol

I just give them sinking shrimp and algae pellets. They also get whatever else falls on the bottom, lol.

Oh they like alge pellets.. I have alge wafers at school.. I guess I could break them into smaller peices for the little buggers! Thanks for the info Pink!

You're welcome. Depending on your substrate, I find it easier to place the pellets on a flat surface so it doesn't dissolve and fall down into the substrate.

No, not like plecos or otos. They like to scurry around and stuff.

would the wafers stick to the glass and the corys pick at it or does the food have to be flat on the bottom?

Jacky does the same! Fights off the food that is meant for the bottom feeders... just look at that tummy!
