Hera's got Lila's side of the 10g divided and Zeus (more pix of him in thread)got his own 10g to explore.

Zeus has this cute little personality on him, as does Hera. I can't wait to see what they will be like in a week or 2. |

Hera and BB have the moments when they get an attitude with the other, but not much. Hera was raised in a sorority so she isn't as aggressive as she normally would be. |

I just found out that it wouldn't be wise to breed them now. Because they both have that hump it could cause complications and deformities with the fry...so I have to find another pair or two for sure now. |

Pretty much every pix shows it. See how their back along the dorsal goes up...your double tail fella should have it too.
I can breed them, but not with each other. |

| OK, I see it now....What causes this? I didn't get the black double tail boy...I traded him for Maui my MG boy....Steve did not like the black boy so I let him have his way lol |

Maui is much prettier, errr handsome.
I am not sure, but it got something to do with the double tail genes. I have noticed it even on some plakats on AB.
The hump with out the double tail is a no no for sure. Someone said off another site that I could breed them with another type and the hump should go away in the next generation. So that's what I'll do when I have the time to pick out fish and the money. I'll find two or more different types of HMs. One to breed with each of the dragons, and to mix and match. |
