| Know anything about these AquaBid sellers?
So I have had my eagle eye on Aquabid lots and lots these past few days, trolling for a new betta since my OT cheque is here...  I'm down to the pick between 8 bettas... NO I can't have them all. I have to pick. 
Since the seller has a lot to do with it, I'm looking lots at their feedback, but I was wondering if anyone has any personal feedback or insight on the following AB sellers:
- Nicebettas
- 84elmo2001
- Smilebetta
- Elegantbetta
Especially interested in Nicebettas, since that's the seller offering the majority of the fish I'm looking at. Any information is much appreciated.  |

I was told Smilebetta & Elegantbetta wer good too...don't know about the other tho. Read their profile. | |

| I love the first one! The first 3 are my three favourites.
Nicebettas, I've heard nothing but praise and raves for. I think you can feel pretty safe ordering from her. Elegantbetta is where I got my dragons, and I had no problems at all, and the fish are gorgeous. 84elmo2001 the only complaint I've heard is that the quality of fish isn't always the best, but that's obviously easy enough to judge for yourself on the fish in question, sounds like he's easy to deal with, reliable with packing, shipping, health, etc. Haven't really heard either good or bad about Smilebetta. | |

Don't you have enough bettas? Blahblahblahblahblah--" (stopped listening there)... that's what's making this such a hard choice!! | |

| I mostly use storage bins actually, from 2-5 gallons for the adults, and 1/2 - 1 gallon for juvies. They're cheap! And light, and come with lids... that way I can just carry them down to the sink to change water, etc. I had more in tanks back home, but couldn't fit them all in the car to move, so they started out in juvie jars here and I've been slowly upgrading them to the storage bins. For filters, I just have a few air pumps and run sponge filters off them. Going to have to work something out for heating as winter comes... I had my room heated back home since I like around the same temps as the fishes (I"m cold blooded or something), but it's a much older place here and I think the heating's going to be bad. | |

| Allie I'm the same way...I have to watch them and watch them before they win my heart...I have more fun picking out Bettas than clothes shopping! There is something wrong with us for sure lol
Now here is the breaking news of the week! Don't ever allow the husband to buy you a fish when you are sad...You all know what's going on here with Anberlin moving...Well Steve decided last Friday that I had been so sad that the only thing he knew to do was surprise me with another Betta!!!!!!!!! He bought a cute little tank and everything...He left with Annie and they surprised me with the biggest surprise of my life! The ugliest Betta in the world! lol When he walked in with the cup in Annies hands I got excited...And then I saw him! lololololol...I had to pretend to be happy but I wasn't lol...I thought oh geeeze this ugly buggar will probably live 10 years!
OK, back to Betta shopping lol | |
