Here are pics of my new betta boys. I havent named them yet since I just got them in their tank this evening. I hope to pick up some proper decorations for the tank tomorrow, any suggestions on something to get them? I dont want the poor guys to be bored and start biting their tails

They seem very friendly so far, if i get close to the tank to look at them, they get close and look at me back, its adorable.

Very cute little betta boys. I'd get back ground and like you said, some tank decorations.
I use colored poster board on a couple of my tanks.

Very nice betta boys! Yes, a background would really finish off the tank and will make the fish stand out....

A few silk plants would be nice for them, too. They are very pretty - I can wait to see them after you have given them loving care for a couple of weeks!

I still cant believe i forgot to buy a background when at the LFS, and i had the tank running for several days while cycling it (using safestart and ammonia) and hadnt noticed it, but once the fish were in boy did it scream it was missing. the 80gph canister filter I'm using turnes out to be perfect, the bettas dont fight the current at all, i think they actually like it. Ill be planting the tank with some java fern i think, i like using the live plants because of the help with nitrates, and its cool to tell people all your plants are real
