Well tonight I finally got a video of my wee mite Sashay. Her colour doesn't show up so well, she really is a wonderful iradescent black/green.

I thought she was about to nip at her snail, who was eating on his zuchinni, but lo and behold, she was pecking at the zuchinni, and got a piece off, then spent five minutes "doing tricks" with it. How cute is that

I hope this video makes you smile...it did me, and therefore won today's "Things to Be Happy About" award.

Yes it made me smile. Bettas like zuchinni the same as peas if the pieces are small enough they will eat that the same way. So I am thinking she would have chomped it down if she could have. She worked at it hard enough. She is a darling and a little clown. She had not one bit of fear of the camera. She is a sweet little thing and made my day.

Hi Shell. Sashay's little snail is a purple stripe Mystery Snail. Just her size - well, for now. She doesn't mind him at all, and I like to think they enjoy company who don't bother anything. Glad you enjoyed the video.
