During the hours the store is open though, he'd get lots of attention and with the stuff in his tank, I think you'd be giving him a happy home.
what a GREATidea...cobetta, you get the "FISH TREAT" award of the week!

... And keep the fishfood hidden!!! I got to work Thursday of last week and somebody or somebodys kids had poured a whole can of fish food into the 29g tank in our lobby. I was sooo mad.
Lost two fish and had to do large water changes three days in a row. Sorry for the rant!

Hey, just looked at your store, very nice. I hope you plan on getting a little girl, you could gussy up her tank so it fits in with your decor.

It makes me happy to think of the people you will educate by giving her a proper home.

Bettas in a proper tank could be the next chic pet.

Yea.. and Bettas are such little cute beggars that extra treats from people thinking "that starving betta" would be sure to happen.

I'll keep the food put away, lol!

But seriously, there's no way anyone could feed or hurt the fish in any way.

I guarantee you though, someone will want to buy the fish, all done up.

Right now i would say the total set up for the Mini Bow was $60, plus another $15 when we need to add a heater. (we didn't put on in right now, cuz all the tanks are too hot anyway). So if a customer wants to buy it AS IS to take home, i would consider $150, and I'll rescue another baby, and one by one, Make the cute betta the CHIC pet to have!

Well Jacq got Lemon all moved to his new home over at the store and he seems as happy as can be. Being on check out desk he gets all kinds of attention. He is way more active over there. Of course it could be he is just getting use to the tank overall but he's diggin it. Now we just have to educate the employee's............The're good girl's, it should be no problem.

www.minxshoppe.com

We'll post some pic's of his new digg's soon.

Yea, he's in Betta heaven. They'd be happy to get attention all day long and all the activity is great fun for him.
