| What a surprise!
First off I am not home...so no pix until later. 
I got his guy who looked black silver and white, got him home the colors popped.  I found the most amazing HM betta...last one until I get the gold cts maybe. Anyhow...he is black, white, blue/turquoise, red, & irridesent scales. Close to my fantasy betta. I truly lucked out with this guy.  Pix down in thread

BTW..I am not going near that store again until all those delta tails and half moons are not there. 
I found a 10g for $10 on a for sale site. Going to pick that up after supper.
They had one little half moon female in a tank with some catfish and loaches. I had to get my backside out of there. I started asking questions about her, thank god the fish guy was helping someone else.
I would have had him netting her to go.  If she is still there I MAY go get her. I have to set up some more tanks.
I am definitely focusing on betta now. Learning as much I can about them. I want to try breeding just once to as a learning experience.

Steve just spoils you and lets you be spoiled!
Again, watch out for Allie's bad influence. She even called this thread "What a Surprise." Surprise at Allie acquiring yet another new and gorgeous betta? Indeed.
