The Vase Boys!

Well...heres the smallest of the vase rescues I didnt have room for, but quickly made room!!!!!

this is minuto aka italian for tiny....(figured my boyfriend is italian, and he wasnt impressed I got two more betta's, so he's somewhat happy about the name ) he was the one I worried about most, as he didnt eat for two days and was sooo lil!

I'd be sad too if someone made me live in a vase! Those boys are so adorable...I bet they are going to flourish!

You are so good....these guys are lovely, and are lucky you found them!

Just the other day I was in an office, and spotted the cutest LITTLE tank for a betta.....it had light, filter and everything except space, it had to have all of 1/2 gallon of water....we talked about it, and I have confidence the young man who owned it is going to upgrade to at least a 5 gallon.....He will really see some fun transformations if he does...

I laughed when you said you named Minuto to salve the BF.....I did the same thing for my Dad.....when my son was born, I named him after my dad, and FINALLY he would acknowledge he had grand children....he had 5 before, but would quickly tell folks "AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED I DON'T HAVE ANY GRANDCHILDREN!" Well a little name can change a lot!

Aww, they're a couple of handsome boys! I hope you can get them into total health and that they'll have a good & long life with you. The usual Vita-chem, Fish Protector and Garlic Guard are what I'd add daily to their tanks the help grow the fins back and get their immune systems up and good. And I'd feed them a mostly-bloodworms diet, as the protein helps the healing process. I would go with either frozen Hikari worms or vita-chem soaked dried Hikari worms.
