Feeding question

I have always used Hikari betta Bio Gold pellets to feed my fish (3 pellets in the morning, 3 - in the evening). Recently I purchased Atison's Betta Pro (tiny pellets) and Hikari Freeze Dried Daphnia (looks like powder). How much of this new food should I give to my Betta? Thanks.

The Betta Pro pellets, we usually feed 3-4 2x per day. The daphnia we'll sprinkle a bit in the tank for the betta to nibble on during the day, usually we'll do that for a morning meal.
