Pics of Spike

Here are some pics of Spike. Finally happy and healthy for over a month now in his 10 gallon tank. Thanks to all who helped out with his ICH situation.

believe it or not it's a zebra danio. There's five of them and they all get along famously.

I believe it! My halfmoon dusty shares his 5 gallons of water with a lone guppy. The guppy was just a wriggler left in the tank from when I had a female guppy in it (before I got my betta). I expected the little guy to just get eaten (I didn't have any space for him in my other tanks), but he has grown up with Dusty and the two get along great! Spike is a cutie pie. I am glad to hear he is doing better

Not to cross post or anything but, I got a 75 gallon tank for free off of craigslist. So........ I was thinking about transfering Spike and the danios into my 30 gallon because I am going to put my Cichlids in the 75 gallon. Do yu think he'll be happy in there? Maybe I can put some more fishies into the 30 gallon huh?

I would leave Spike by himself. Though they are getting along now, bettas can be unpredictable. Also, he may not get along with any fish that you add. I would turn your thirty gallon into a nice community aquarium. You could put a divider in Spike's tank and get a 2nd betta though

Spike would definitely enjoy the 30g. He could continue to get along with his Danios or the change could end that. It's really hard to say for sure either way. Adding other fish would complicate things and if you do move him, for a while I'd wait and then add only bottom dwellers.
