Betta with White Clouds?

How do you think a single betta would likely get along with 5-6 White Clouds; the White Clouds call a 15 gal aquarium home and are doing quite well.

White clouds like temperate (i.e. cooler and fluctuating temperature) water, while bettas are tropical and require heaters...I don't think they'd go together well because of that. What does the white cloud fish profile say about ideal temperature? Betta-preferred temps may just be too high for them.

Edit: This is from their profile - Temperature : 45°F - 70°F (7°C - 21°C) Their HIGH temperature is about 8-9°F too cold for bettas.

Bettas like being alone, but like Luna said White Clouds also need incompatible temperatures.
