My Beta is in a 2 gallon tank and has been established for some time. I came home today and he was stuck in one of the plastic plants. I shook him out and he seemed pleased that i did so. About an hour later I came back to the tank for feeding, he was laying still at the bottom. He's alive and will swimm around but I notice some very small white spots around his head. Any idea on a diagnosis and treatment plan for this? Thanks in advance.

Is he eating? He may have scraped some scales off or could be showing signs of ICH. Vita-Chem and Fish Protector would be good to add to the water.
