| My betta tanks Mr. Peach, Sebastian, Aries and newbie.
I am using a stand that my bf made for a bigger tank we had. I wanted all the guys I got in the past month to be where I am most...so they are in the living room. |

| Very nice. Do they see each other and flare or are they like my little ones and just ignore each other? It can go either way. I was lucky I guess with most of mine. I just had the one pair in the large tank who were ornery and did not get along.

| Nice setup! Your bettas are lucky to have so much room. I can't tell for sure from the pics, but it looks like they each have at least 5 gallons to themselves. I wish I could give all of my bettas that much room, but I still have two of them stuck in little 2.5 gallon tanks. |

Rose | Aries flares at Sebastian. Not in stressed out way tho, he flares for the moment then goes explore. The newbie and Sebastian are not much of flarers. They all have their moments but Aries even flares for me, Mr. Peach flared a lot when I first got him, but not so much now. Jasper and Holly are in the 10g split in the bedroom. Jasper flares at everything. So I figured I'd leave him out of the set up in the living room. He is happier in the a quiet room.
I read in my betta book that if they see each other a lot then they won't flare at each other as much. It seem to work for some fish but Jasper flares anytime he gets a glimpse of Holly. They've both been around for 6 months. |

| Reminds me of how I've setup 4 of the betta tanks around the computer so they get more activity to watch. That's a great way to make them happy and sounds like it's working really well. |

They follow the cats when they walk by the tanks. |

| It's not really good for them to flare, especially for prolonged periods but if they flare some it's fine. Just not something to ever encourage really.
I would recommend a seperate tank for him. At some point, those Angels will beat the stuffing out of him if they buddy up or mate. Quote:

| Cool, not getting onto you or anything, I love Angels.. it's great that you rescued a pair. Actually, if they buddy up or go to breeding you'll have to watch for aggression to all the other fish, they really show their cichlid nature then for territorialness and protectiveness of their young. |

| That is a neat set up, Allie - having them all together, so they can get equal attention. As ever, you do great things with your fish and tanks.
