Help me name my new bettas!
These are my three betas that I just got off of aquabid. One is a red glass half moon (he has pretty blue stripes in his tail, but you can't really see in the pictures). The next is an orange and black halfmoon (though honestly he looks more red to me). The third one is a black orchid crowntail. It is hard to see his beautiful coloring in the pictures, but his tail had iridescent dark blue streaks running through it. They are all so handsom, but I can't think of names. Please help me cause I need ideas!

I would call him "duster" becasue he reminds me of a feather duster. The second is that the same one thats in the pic in your other posting sparticus? The grown tail I would call him "Spike". He just looks like a "Spike" to me.

The second one is a different betta. He is a halfmoon and sparticus is a crowntail. I ordered this guy but Sparticus just got thrown in as an extra by the seller. They do look similar in their pics, but this guy is brighter.

I had the following come to mind but remember I cannot even name my own fish at present.
Red Glass Halfmoon ... Glory (you said red, white, and BLUE . old glory -the flag)
Orange and Black Halfmoon ... Autumn .. reminded me of autumn and Halloween
Black Orchid Crowntail ... Cheyenne .. don't know just saw the fish and it popped into my head.
Congratulations as they are all three most beautiful and unique fish. I love the descriptions you gave. You love your fish, I can tell.

Thanks for the suggestions Rose! I actually had a name pop into my head for my black orchid crowntail. "Zeus" I am not sure if I am sold on it though. Opinions please!!!!! I just thought it might suit him because he acts like royalty and that sort of godly name kind of fits him |

Royal and divine names are always good for pets, especially the feisty ones! Do you have room in his tank for any small pieces of Greco-Roman themed decor? |

I think a long time ago we had a member who had a "Zeus" and it is a perfectly wonderful name for a betta. They really do believe that they are little gods of their tanks so why not give them divine names?

All 3 are beauties!  They have great finnage, so keep extra care on what's in their tanks and provide them with resting spots at different levels around the tank since those fins are heavy to them.
How about Rage for your red glass? |

I nearly went with Zeus for Sebastian. What about other "gods" like Apollo the sun god, or Hades for underworld god. |

I still like my suggestions lol..
pink one = Raphael (reminds me of a fencer lol, and his colors reminded me of old spain. lol)
orange one = Kratos (or Kronos, Kratos is from a videogame, you play as him, and you destroy Kronos, and become the God of War, then take down all the other gods.)
black one = Daedalus (Icarus' father from greek mythology, they tried to fly out of the cell together, Icarus flew too close to the sun and burned to death, and Daedalus made it, but was sad... I don't remember how it ends lol. I just like the name though. pronounced Ded-ah-luss) and btw, my Beta's name is Icarus, I'd post the link to his pictures but I don't wanna do that in your thread lawl.
