Mr. Peach
My newbie who I could not, not take home. I had a few dollars left on a gift card..so I only had to pay $1.80 for him. He is so different looking. Peachy, with reddish marbling in his tail and green metallic going throughout his fins. He has light blue eyes.
He are some pix of him being treated/green water...his tail looked a tad frayed. I wasn't taking any chances with fin rot again. He is looking better even after 2 days.

He is warming up to me quite fast. Thanks. It was a miracle I found a fish to take home. They were ALL looking a little shabby...one had ich, another a fuzzy head.
Mr Peach was the only one who got right in my face, opening & closing his mouth, like my ones at home. It's true they DO pick you, lol.

Very Nice!! I like him and he has attitude. I can tell and I love it when they get in your face and say "Pick Me!" He will be a feisty one for you and keep you entertained. Congratulations on a wonderful save. He is lovely!

He's gorgeous! I would love to setup betta tanks all over the house but my fiance might take my head off. Hehe! He's a handsome one though. You are very lucky to have found him.

Thanks you two...I was very glad to find one that was a tad more feisty than the rest. I felt like telling the fish room person that I'd come in free to take care of the betta. They fed them a bunch of flakes at once, and to the point they were all full looking. Everyone's container was really dirty. It was the worst I have seen there yet...no wonder ALL my other betta died. Geesh!!

Ive had my Phoenix for almost a year now and the others for over eight months. Seeing everyones new bettas make me want to go out and get another. BUT.. I really do not want to put a divider in one of the males 10g tanks.. soooo.. guess I will just have to enjoy looking at everyone else's photos lol...
