Hello fellow betta enthusiest.
My W looks like someone threw buckshot all over his tail. He has little tiny pin holes threw his fins. I just noticed this this morning and started treating him for fin rott. I'm really concerned.

Sounds like fungal finrot, Aslan had that once so bad his fins looked almost see through. That was when I decided to treat him with both Rid-Fungus and TriSulfa for 10 days.

I can't help re US meds. Don't panic, keep water clean and add liquid vitamins too. Good luck

Thanks guys. I've treated him for fin rot and changeing 25 percent of his water a day. He's got some slime coat and some rid fungus and some other stuff, it starts with M i just can't think of the name right off the top of my head. Marcylin Plus or something like that. I put a little bit of fresh water aquarium salt with him. He's eating much better today. Like he's never seen food before.

Maracyn Plus is a good med. Hopefully that should clear up the finrot. Good to hear he's eating.

Well that is good news!!! I have had good results with aquarium salts in the past, i'm sure you know this but just be careful with them as they can absorb vital fluids from the fish, keep him hydrayted
