Hello, I am new to the betta world. I have kept reef tanks for a number of years, and always research things before purchase.
I am trying to find the best book for reading on the care/breeding of betta's.

I like Barron's book on Bettas its a Complete Pet owner's Manual. Its a realy good read Covers everythign you want to know. You should be able to get it at any Pet store and even walmart.

Welcome to FishLore. We have found FishLore to be our best source of information as we've learned about Bettas this past year and have yet to buy a book on them. I suppose it's the interactive ability to ask questions. You might want to search Amazon for Betta books also - could land you a lower price, even with shipping.

But if you aren't near a working comp at all for a while, you will want to have books to do research and the internet can be changed to say what ever, but not here.

On topic, you could also get them from the web, just go to your search engine and type in barron's and go to their site and order them straight from the publisher.
