Take a look at Topaz's spinal cord. It's OK ?

Could be just her young age or Petsmart poor feeding ...
Tell me not to worry.

I do not see that it is any cause to worry.

Bettas bend and twist in ways other fish cannot. I see a very beautiful and healthy looking girl!

She really is a beautiful betta girl, I agree! shes got wonderful fins and a stunning face. Im looking at her tummy tho... is she eating a lot? Or were the photos taken after she ate? Maybe its nothing...

Anyway.. best of luck with topaz.... shes a sweetie!!

Actually, I looked at the photos of lili70's other bettas...how much are you feeding them lili70?

We don't want to kill them with kindness!

True.
I feed them twice a day but one meal is betta bites (3 each) and the other is frozen blood worms (3-5 worms each) or brine shrimp.
In the pics Topaz just finished her worms meal.
I think I am spoiling them .... but they know how to ask for food. The girls are so agitated if I'm late .... jumping out of water and flicking in from of the tank .... I should film them to believe me.
They are all very big, that's true.

OK, point taken ... I'll slow down the feeding .... but i'll tell them it's because of you.

I GOT A 20 GALLONS TANK just now. I'll go install it and start cycling.

Thanks.

We all love to spoil our betta babies, and it's very hard to resist the "I'm starving! Feed me!!" wiggle dance, but bettas can get bloated easily so we have to be careful

They can hate me if they want to, but if they're healthy I don't mind.

make sure you heat it in a microwave to "un-freeze" it, and give them each about one-fourth of a small/medium sized pea

For Canada is good enough. Here one can talk any "english-based" dialect ...
My native language has latin origin so the topic of phrase is different.
