I will say that having gotten NUMEROUS bettas from Miami Aquariums, they have wonderful fish. I have never been disappointed and I feel that I can recommend them to anyone with no reservations. I have not ever purchased from the other vendor mentioned so I cannot say that they are good or bad. I just know that given a choice I would order from eBay over Aquabid as the fish I have gotten from Miami Aquariums off of eBay have been far superior than the one I got from the vendor I bought from on Aquabid.
I also know of other members who have had good luck with buying from Miami Aquariums.

I will have to second what Rose just said. My RJ is from Miami aquariums. They are very healthy fish and they care very much about them. Not only that, but Javier(owner) is very nice to deal with. I've ordered 1 betta off of Aquabid and the seller did not listen to anything I had requested of her because she did not believe me about the type of weater we were having at the time he was being shipped and I received him 7 days later dead. It's completely up to you though. Natalie

i have heard great things about miami aq. and i will def. keep an eye on their stock, but do you think aquatech-ny has healthy bettas?
and they are new to aquabid, but helpful, as ive asked the guy to let me know if he gets any black/red/blue halfmoons, and he said he would def. do that, and hold it for me if need be

I looked at the website and looked at the pics and they seem to take good care of them. If there is a specific one you want from them, then by all means order from them. The only true way you'll find out if the are good to their Bettas or not is by ordering from them and seeing the Betta in person yourself and if the Betta lives awhile w/o getting sick too soon.
