I was talking to Tiny King, Wink Jack Sparrow hates it!! He goes crazy over on his side of the tank, and finally has to peek through the plants to see what is going on. Pictures are blurry cuz they are both manic fish, but you get the idea., Never ceases to crack me up when he does this!

I had 8cents in the divided tank with Precious for two days after I brought home the live brine shrimp and put it in a breeder net box in 8cents tank. Well boy did he sulk at having to 'share' a tank. Whenever I went to the tank he would flare at me. oooo sooo funny. He was mad, but at least he had a female to look at and not another male. The two of them were so funny flaring at each other. Today I spent the time cleanning out 8cents tank and got it ready for him to go back in. Did about a 95% water change, vacummed out the gravel and cleanned up his decorations. Now he is back in his home tank and feeling good about it. Tho I wonder if hes going to miss looking at precious .. awwww..
I started 8cents on jungle lab parasite cure, hes starting to get frayed fins and looks like fin rot starting. So he's tank is clean.. medicated and hopefully he will do ok.
I found a great vintage pink pagoda type castle for Precious at a yard sale today and added it to her tank along with a little bridge. I think she is liking it, swimming all around checking it out, either that or she is still looking for 8cents! lol..

Little Wink, you do not need to worry. Your mommy has enough love for the both of you. Tiny just needs a bit of attention too. Now you boys can play and peek all you want to, but don't fight and cause your mommy to worry.

That's so cute! I am still in the process of slowly setting up my divided tanks. I have to build a large tank stand this weekend and then I will probably be getting two 10 gallon tanks and dividing them for four of the boys (and one in the Hex). Having them all contained in one corner will make cleaning easier. I've already picked up lots of bushy silk plants to block their view a little. I am hoping they learn to get along and don't flare themselves to death. I know Frasier and L.P. will be fine. They are both such tiny little babies and still so playful and non-aggressive. Lava Jr. will go into the Hex because he flares at everything and I doubt he will adapt to sharing a space with another male. I may pair Frasier and L.P. up one each with Niles and Rocky since they won't be as aggressive.

My girls get jealous too if I talk to or feed the other one. The one not getting attention actually gets stress stripes until I talk to her. Then they instantly disappear.

LOL.. Aslan gets jealous and starts dancing for attention whenever one of us is talking to Teddy Bear, who's in the tank next door.. and i've seen the others do the same 'call for attention' dance when they see someone else getting food or attention.
