I got this on my last F&S order. Biospheres Stress Therapy, reduces stress, panic and agressive behaviour. Replenishes the natural protective slime coat. Ingredients are: Calming agents: passionflower and valerian extracts; trytophan. Healing agents: chitosan Supposedly all natural.

New fish introductions: add 1 cap/10g once a day for three days
To calm agressive fish: add 1 capful/10 g 2 X weeks until agression decreases. Do not reat more that 4 weeks.

Might have to give it a try on these little turds if they don't settle down

Nope - haven't tried it. It sounds good though, and I can't imagine that you'd get anything from f&s that wouldn't do the job.

Me neither, I love F&S....but I am a dummy.... :......cuz I found it on Petsmart website...couldn't find it on F&S so ordered it from PS. Sorry.

i've not tried that or even seen it either.. but i know valerian is a natural sleep-aid for people.

I used it today, not really any marked effect but I think it might have slowed them down a bit. It is that biosphere thingee, and you are to use it I think only 2x week. Said it might make the tank cloudy for 30-60 min, but it never did mine. If these guys keep it up, I might have to try a shot of it myself.!! LOL We really are going to the cabin tomorrow, barring storms, so wanted them to settle a bit before I left them for a couple of days.
