This guy has a video showing people how to make a fish tank out of a condom! He actually puts gravel, a plant and 2 neon tetras in there and ties it shut claiming it is a self-sustaining ecosystem!
Lots of stupid teens comment on how cool it is and no doubt will make one themselves! How irresponsible can anyone be?? I wonder how many people killed Bettas trying this?

What a complete moron!! He obviously needs to read up on how to take care of fish. How does he think that that system is a complete ecosystem? There's no filtration so even by some miracle those fish lived a couple days in that thing he'd have to change it everyday. Plus there's no airstone for them to get oxygen so they would suffocate in 24 hours or less. I just think he did it because he was bored. I sure hope he didn't actually keep them in there for too long and put them in a proper set up.

Wouldn't the spermicide thats in most condoms make the water toxic?

He used a brand new condom and he rinsed it thoroughly to get the powder out of it or whatever it is they put in them. Just the ammonia build up alone in that thing would kill it in a day if it lived past a day. Natalie

Anyone who keeps fish in a condom should be locked up, seriously. You've gotta be pretty messed up to put an animal in that tiny of a space. Imagine what his kids will turn out to be like.

yes, it's obvious animal-cruelty and locking him away would be good for society as animal abusers quite often turn into murderers or other violent criminals or if he's really THAT stupid, he needs protected from the real world.

I always say that a love animals over humans everytime ( despite being a nurse) and this is a good example of why!! SO MANY humans are just scum!!
