Could I put a Plecto Loach with 10 or so Tiger Barbs in my 55 Gallon tank? If not, could I put any loaches?

Sorry I don't know what a plecto loach is are you asking about a Pleco?

If you're asking about a Pleco, they are very docile, and could be kept wiith tiger barbs, BUT need a massive tank, so, you probably could keep a pleco, but it would grow out of the tank rather fast, it could survive, but it won't thrive.

There are lots of species of plecos that could live comfortably in a 55 gallon for their entire lives. Clown, tiger, bristlenose, and rubberlip come to mind as cheaper options. There are also a lot of "fancy" plecos that would work too, like peppermint, orange seam, snowball, queen arabesque, etc.
