40 Gallon Tank: Can i get a bamboo shrimp?

(first off do i just get one or should i get two)

I saw bamboo shrimp at an LFS and fell in love. Ive stricken up with my tank and i believe i could get one of these little guys. I need info on their care. Like food, hiding places, compatablity etc. Thank You Very Much!
