my bala shark just recently started going to one corner of my tank and it looks like hes eating the blood worms from the corner but he makes a loud clicking noise above air. ive heard of other fish doing it but do bala's?

any info would be greatly appreciated

balas do make clicking noises when eating and they do tend to go to a corner. I've observed this many times at my LFS.

ok so mine arnt streesed or have a disease. its just normal how they eat. well thats cool ty for the info and i learned something new today so it wasnt wasted

I have heard my 3 making a clicking noise when at the surface eating food.

Mine don't go into the corners but, There is too much competition time at meal times in my tank.

Mine hang out in a darker place in my tank near a corner (surrounded on 3 sides) when they are not out schooling with the bosemani rainbows.
