What kind of Arowana do you have?
I had an Australian Arowana before and trust me, 90 gallon tank is not big enough. The Arowana grow to about 2.5-3ft long before it killed itself by breaking the heater during a cold winter; it can barely "swim" in that tiny 90 gallon (mine was about 4ft long). I'd say a 150-180 gallon tank would be much a better fit for Arowana. (of course the bigger the better)
It's easier to put it in a big tank while they are still small. When it grow up to 2-3 ft it's a pain to get them out of the tank.
but if you can only get your hands on a 90 gallon tank then at least it's better than a 55 gallon.
Good luck with the Arowana, it's an amazing fish.
