What tank mates are with the arowana)
How long has the tank been setup?
Did you cycle the tank?
At what temp is the tank kept?
How long have you had the fish?
What do you feed the fish?
What chemicals do you use in that tank?

Any other information you can give would be helpful. (We need as much info as possible to give a probable diagnosis as well as a prognosis.
