I am creating a waterchange setup from sink to storage tank to aquarium with 1/2" tubing and a python type vac but want to create a rigid PVC manifold with a series of valves to hang on the storage tank.
My question is: Is the PVC glue any danger to the fish?

Not if done properly. PVC plumbing is used very extensively in SW tanks.

Allow it to cure fully, letting it sit until you can't smell the solvent anymore. Then rinse it off very well. It will be fine then.
I have used some homemade PVC plumbing in my aquaria, as have several other people I've talked to.

Nevermind. As usual, right when I speak up I realize the answer: I will use threaded fittings.
