could it be i'm overstocked
2 jacks
1 oscar
1 convict
1 red devil
1 catfish ...which i want gone
125 g

back on feb 18th, you had ammonia and nitrates but no nitrites...you are progressing through the cycle and getting closer...keep up with your daily water changes and prime or stress coat+ ...its all part of cycling a tank with fish

other than that last catfish, which I have not a clue what it is after looking at the pics, the others are fine in a 125 gal

is this like a mini cycle ? i spent almost $ 60 for the tetra ss

mini or it never cycled to begin with ..one or the other....when was the tss added?

when i added the fish , If you remember i had a 60g tank and then i bought 125g off craigslist.... 125g was established and 60g was near end of cycle... i used everything from 125g tank rocks filters driftwood etc ... let it run a few days tested water, was fine but i still used tetra ss to be safe

yes there were, only 1 store had it .. had to go 20 miles to get it and i need 2 bottles ..125g

the bioload of all that fish added at once has thrown you into a mini cycle ....it probably overwhelmed the established colony ...so back to daily changes but im sure it wont take long as you already have nitrates
