A 5x dose is a dose of five times the amount of Prime you would normally add. So using the example Martinismommy provided earlier of 1 drop/gallon, a 5x dose would be 5 drops/gallon.
That said, I don't know that you really need to use that much. The standard dosage, combined with water changes, should be sufficient.

If you are showing a reading for either ammonia or nitrites, the best course of action is
daily water changes/Prime treatment until such time as your ammonia and
nitrite readings are down to 0ppm and your
nitrate readings are between 5-20ppm. Cycling with fish in the tank can be a lengthy process, but the goal is to reduce or eliminate as much as possible your fishes' exposure to the toxic effects of ammonia and nitrites.
