I would have to disagree,the reading isn't ZERO;it is .0010. Ammonium is LESS toxic,but still TOXIC just at a more tolerable level.I assume the reading is being obtained by an electronic probe,which is 10000 times more accurate than test strips,and 1000 times more accurate than the liquid
test kit. I use the probes myself.
The .0010 reading will eventually disappear and be replaced by 0000 and then the reading will be ZERO.The fish are safe,and shouldn't be stressed by the lower levels of ammonium.
