I just set up my 29 gallon tank last night, and I am using well water. (No city water available here.) Well the entire tank is full of bubbles covering the surface of absolutely everything including the tank walls.

When I pull a plant out the bubbles go away, but you can hear a fizzing noise.

Any advice on this problem? I believe it is the water, but I just hope this problem can be fixed.

Yes,usually when you fully fill a tank these bubbles occur but I don't know why you paid them any mind. They are just normal bubbles, and are not caused by any type of water problem.
