Mico bubbles? Or something else?

My tank ALWAYS has these little spots in the water.
You can see them much better with the moonlight on but you can also see them with just the light too.

What are they? TDS?
I know its not ick or fungus.
My Gordon does not mind it. It does not seem to be hurting any thing.

I tried to get them out with filter floss but they have not gone down.

Oh and what is the best way to get ride of thous P named worm?

Thanks

Best way to get rid of planaria is to limit the amount of food going into the tank. They aren't harmful, but they are a good indicator that there is too much digestible material in the tank.
