Hi,

I have another few weeks left of my fishless cycle and am looking at the stock I want. Would a 30 ltr biorb be OK for 1 betta, 6 Cardinal, 2 Rasboras and 2 white clouds. Thanks

I convert 30L into 7.9 Gallons. In which case that will be too many fish for the tank.
You don't want to overstock your tank because it will lead to sick fishies.

So perhaps determine which fish you want the most? and go with that

From my Betta experience with my little man, they tend to want alot of space to themselves.
Mine is alone in a 5gallon tank.

Unfortunately I won't be able to help you out with the cardinals as I have never had them.
So I will have to leave that to someone else with more experience..

congrats on your new tank............icicle is right bettas love to live alone, tetras r fin nippers, u have to keep at least 6 of them in a tank to avoid this habit. as bettas have long fins i'm sure tetras will ceate problem for your betta so, don't keep tetras with bettas. barbs will be the right tank mates for tetras and i'll suggest buy another small 5 gallon or 2.5 gallon tank for your betta.
