Hi, if I haven't said it before, welcome to FishLore!
I don't know that much about Angels, but you could definatly have one Angel. You can try two but there may be aggression issues.
Someone who knows more about them can advise you further.
Clown Loaches get much too big for a 36g tank.
It's recommended they have at least 75g.
I was really surprised the first time I saw a full gown Clown Loach, those babies are big!

WELCOME TO FISHLORE!

You can keep a pair of Angels but as Lucy said, there'll be aggression issues even if its male and female or male and male vice versa. I would advise that you could turn your 36g stocking list into a community tank. You'll have to get the Clown Loaches their own tank, as Lucy also said, they grow BIG! You could have Angels with a school of Corydoras Catfish or a school of Tetras. But the Angels have to go in the tank last, and try getting Juveniles. Good luck!

Yes, it's too much. The Clown Loaches will need a much larger tank as the others have said & I would only have a max of two angels in there. Even with two you would probably have aggression issues. Try for just two Angels, the two rams & the four Khulis. Perhaps you could add 4-6 Corydoras if you want some movement down the bottom of the tank. You definitley need to move the Clowns out though. They get to about 10inches.
