Cant really plant any live plants in a Brackish tank, they will die. With all that room you could do a lot of different things. A community of schools of small fish would be cool or you could house some bigger fish. Search the forums to see what others have done at that tank size.

Java fern and java moss are the best for a brackish tank in my experience. I've tried a few others but they died.

And for brackish 65g, I'd suggest a herd of figure 8 puffers

i was thinking the same about the puffers but i thought you couldnt have more than 2 puffers in one tank? how many could i have in a 65 gal?

You can, you just have to watch for any puffers that refuse to be nice.
You can have up to 6 figure 8's in the 65. 15 gals for the first f8, and 10gs for each one after that.

Most of those you listed are freshwater puffers.
The Mbu is definitely out. They get 3' long and need 1000g aquariums.
Personally I wouldn't mix two different species. Their differences in size and aggression will lead to big problems.

There's species that get even larger. But the mbu is the largest one I've heard of anyone keeping in an aquarium.
