Why not do what you where going to do with the 55gal sump one? Lots of schooling fish, with some Dwarf cichlids on the bottom (And possibly a few Male swordtails)?

i think the reed fish would be almost like a worm to the ocsar and i could see the ocscar going after it, same with the bichirs, im not 100% sure but i dont think it will bew a good idea, but maybe not, you could proubably keep a pair of convicts with it
