Guess Who? I finally got somebody to buy that 10 gallon tank and I'm a bit troubled on what to stock it with (they want somebody with expertise [or whatever] to stock it for them) they want to be ensured that the tank will be colorful, active, fun, and they dont mind a few fry. Can someone help with a possible stock?

well when I think of colorful fish I think of fancy guppies and as you probly already know they dont need any speacial conditions to reproduce : p

I know that very well. Had my first female birth the the bag she was tranported home in. Very little is needed for them to spawn

Yeah fancy guppies would probably be the best for a 10 gallon, most other fish get too big

neons? glowers? any suitable tetra maybe? just to give some diversity in the tank

I would do some Cherry Barbs and Red Sepre Tetras or some Lemon Tetras. Kinda partial to that as I'll be doing just that for my 10G tank I plan to put in my office at work.

These are all good too, pretty much any fish that doesnt get much bigger than one inch... it sounds like the people youre helping are rather new at keeping fish so make sure they know tetras and barbs can be aggressive if they go with them over guppies

they have some knowledge, but not 7 years worth of fishkeeping experience (not bragging or anything, cause alot of you guys here have done this longer than me)
